Lower Condurrow comprises one wing of Condurrow Farmhouse, half a mile from St. Anthony on the lane leading from Manaccan and opposite Condurrow Cottage. The working farmers live in the other half of the house and we act as agents for the owners. The division of the farmhouse has been carefully thought out and the properties are well separated.
The house is warm and spacious benefiting from full central heating. There is a large living room with a good open fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs with a dining table for six. French windows lead out to a secluded child and dog proof lawn with a picnic table. It is within easy walking distance of St. Anthony beach and the coast path along the Helford.
