Owlscot is a delightful property comprising of a wooden chalet with a stone built annexe, attractively situated just 200 yards from Flushing beach, on Gillan Creek. It consists of a main building able to sleep four, and an annexe just 30ft away sleeping another three. The separated accommodation is particularly suitable for two families and those with teenagers or in-laws. The sitting room has good views over the creek, as has the main bedroom in the annexe, the lawn and patio.
There are several good sized lawns at different levels getting the sun at various times of the day. The veranda at the front of the annexe has lovely views over the creek. There is plenty of space for off road parking, boat trailers etc. We act as agents for the owners.
