The Stables is located literally on the very edge of Gillan Creek and enjoys a superb sheltered south-facing position. The garden furniture on the lawn enables one to sit in privacy behind the low sea wall and enjoy the view over the water. Cars can be parked alongside through the entrance gates.
The spacious living room makes the best of the position with a large window seat. The to and fro of river traffic and the gentle bobbing of boats riding at their moorings all provide continual interest in season whilst during the winter visiting birds enhance the lovely views.
The well equipped kitchen offers views of the creek through the dividing wall with the living room. Converted from the former farm stables, the cottage has thick stone walls and a slate roof providing warm and comfortable accommodation all year round with the creek as a beautiful backdrop.
