Halvilla was one of the Barns of a working farm until 25 years ago when the farm buildings were converted into holiday accommodation. A detached stone house, Halvilla has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard indeed. It is situated in unspoilt countryside just over two miles from St. Anthony, just a mile from the village and beach of Porthallow and less than two from St. Keverne. There are beautiful sandy beaches at Godrevy and Coverack. The house is warm and roomy, centrally heated and with full double glazing. There is a large living room with a wood-burning fire, comfortable sofas and armchairs with a dining table for six. French windows lead out to a lawn with garden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped with a new electric range cooker, slate floor, plenty of work tops and a breakfast table. Halvilla has a large secluded garden and a driveway which provides ample parking for cars /boat trailers. We act as agents for the owners
